I am Petra Renthová, I am a professional team coach and leadership coach, consultant and lecturer. I have 20+ years of experience in international management and business. I had worked for Swedish IKEA for 16 years and for the last 5 years, I was part of the management of the largest purchasing organization, responsible for 8 billion EUR.

I had spent over 6 enriching years immersed in work and life in Sweden, where I adopted the Swedish leadership style. Here, managers serve as collaborative team partners, dedicated to nurturing individual potential for collective success.

Scandinavia has become a great inspiration for me to have a full career and personal life.

5 years ago, I became passionate about coaching, which I used in leadership, coaching teams and individuals. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation.

I am a life-long learner, and with over 250 accredited training hours in the field of coaching. I am continuously interested in the future of work.

I value authenticity and personal integrity. Freedom, especially in decision-making, is my life's guiding principle. 

My long-standing hobby of rock climbing serves as a tool for self-discovery and understanding. Conquering the fear of heights, maintaining full focus on the next climbing move, and, above all, perseverance continually teaches me humility and determination. I apply these lessons to my work, using them to support and develop my clients.
