WHEN IMPOSSIBLE BECOMES POSSIBLE

  • 10 people, 4 locations, 5 nationalities. During a reorganization, we came together, some even against their will. Roles that had little in common, and Covid in the way. This is the story of my recent IKEA team, which I led from Prague. We hadn't met in person for 2 years, and despite all the obstacles and adversity, we built a highly successful and functional team.
